As we step into 2004, a year which by its numerological frequency is dedicated to Mastery, we are asked to assess our own self-mastery. Time continues to speed up, as melodramas flare, communications break down, and relationships dissolve. As our psyches work through old patterns of trauma and self-sabotage, we experience intense clearing of emotional wounds, as well as detox of the physical and subtle bodies. Many complain about fatigue, irritability, and life situations that are riddled with chaos and disorientation .Yet right within that chaos a new consciousness is birthing, beyond the shadow of a doubt. We are all stepping into fresh territory as we process through the karmic sludge—into an expanded consciousness of ourselves as new human beings creating a new earth. There is always free choice involved. In the
beginning of the year, “2004: YEAR OF SELF-MASTERY”
was first conceived as a series of 3 courses, each covering 4 weekly
meetings, to be taught at the Unity Church at Diamond Head, Honolulu.
The course was specifically designed to inspire, educate and entertain.
I envisioned it as a means of helping me and class participants to step
into an empowered 2004, with greater ease, sovereignty, and joy. I am
also teaching this 3 part series in mini-workshop format. EMBRACING LIFE’S INITIATIONS Whereas ancient adepts might have traveled to temples or holy places to receive their spiritual training, in this current era, life itself is the initiation. This means every aspect of life—the sacred and profane, the material and spiritual, the agony and ecstasy—the entire spectrum. And such initiations occur twenty-four/seven, because every moment is the right moment. In a nutshell, the year “2004” is an initiation into emotional stability and grounding, erasing of personal history and old karmic patterns that no longer serve our Highest Good, expressing our authentic truths, and forging soul connections that will ultimately transform the very way in which we discover meaning in our existence. Topics -“Earth” as a training ground for emotional stability and mind/body/soul balance. -Forgiveness,
as we release judgment, guilt and violence towards others and ourselves. -Energizing our personal choices: “Follow your Bliss!” A variety of hands-on techniques such as breathing, yoga, qigong, meditation, and visualization are included, to enhance optimum benefit you gain from this class.

Earth’s background base frequency (Schumann resonance) is rising dramatically, while her magnetic field strength declines. Time appears to speed up as we draw closer and closer to Zero Point. A 24-hour day may seem to be about 16 hours or less. This “Shift of the Ages” (of which the Photon Belt is a part) has been predicted by ancient peoples such as the Mayans, Tibetans, Native Americans and others for thousands of years. Right now, we are stepping into the 5th dimension—hyperspace, where time/space as we know it no longer applies. As we pierce through the time/space barrier and veils of perception, everything we think of or wish for will manifest instantly. Herein is the catch: if you have already worked through the fear issues in your life, you can be open to love, harmony and abundance. What do you choose? In an unprecedented scale, we are learning to co-create with a totally intelligent, omniscient Universe. We are aware that even right now there are two “worlds” operating simultaneously, side by side. One is the 3D world--the one that is presented to you through media and the news--still mired in conflict, lies and violence. Running parallel to it is the 5D world—ever lightening up, ever renewing, built upon a grid of love and acceptance. Which world do you choose to inhabit? In order
to upgrade to the next level of empowered choice, you have to make yourself
accountable for your thoughts and actions, on a personal as well as
global level. Are you aware that you have the power of choice-- at every
moment? This means becoming aware of the choices you are making, whether
big or small, on a moment to moment basis. It is practicing zero point
stillness and the moment of now. This also entails
energizing those choices thereby transmuting old habit patterns and
elevating them to a higher vibration. It is assuming full responsibility
for the consequences of those choices and decisions. It also means practicing
emotional transparency and personal integrity. No more playing victim
or waiting for someone else to save you. In the new matrix, there is
no room for dishonesty, self-deception, or passing the buck. Dysfunctional partnerships are dissolving as we prepare ourselves for new Relation Shifts--based on soul connection, emotional transparency, and communion (come-union). Having recently relocated from NY City to Hawaii, I am working on blending the Atlantean energy of the east coast with the Lemurian energy of the islands.
